RFE Bridge is an enterprise retail integration platform operated by Integrated Retail Management Consulting Pte. Ltd., headquartered in Singapore. In this policy, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to that entity. “You” refers to anyone visiting this website or using our services.
What we collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and to operate this website.
Information you give us
- Your name, work email address, company name, and the contents of any message you submit through our contact form or send us by email.
- Any information you choose to share during a sales conversation, demo, or trial.
Information we collect automatically
- Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate location (derived from IP), and pages visited. We use this in aggregate to improve the site.

Why we collect it
- To respond to you. If you contact us through the form or by email, we use your details to reply and to follow up on next steps.
- To deliver our services. If you become a customer, we use the data needed to provision, support, and bill for those services.
- To improve the site and product. We look at aggregated, de-identified usage data to understand what’s working.
- To meet legal obligations. Where required by law, we retain certain records.
How we store it
Information is stored on infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services in the region closest to you. Customer data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access is restricted to the small group of people who need it to do their jobs and is logged.
Who we share with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties below, and only as needed:
- Infrastructure providers — primarily Amazon Web Services — who host our systems under contractual data protection terms.
- Email and form-relay services we use to receive and respond to enquiries.
- Professional advisors (lawyers, auditors) when reasonably necessary to operate the business.
- Authorities when required by valid legal process.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@rfebridge.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only for as long as it’s useful to follow up on, or as required by law. Customer data is retained for the term of your contract with us plus any period required by law.
